This is the pros of notice of default what is notice of the fault or N.O.D. ?
Normally an N.O.D.  is given by your bank when they record through a trustee and it takes place at the County recorder’s office in the county in which a property is located.  This usually happens after several attempts of your lender trying to collect from you the money that you owe.   And this is first shown usually 3 to 5 months of unpaid mortgage.
Was this notice is put in place new usually we hear from them in a form of regular mail, certified mail, and some sort of FedEx or UPS package which will arrive at your door one of the N.O.D. is in place.
The N.O.D. initiates the foreclosure procedure and you have 90 days to pay what you owe,  arrange with the bank some sort of work out plan inn form of loan modification, deed in Lieu of foreclosure or a Short Sale.  If you don’t do anything after 90 days your Bank will continue the foreclosure procedures and evict you!
Which at this point you have no chance to work anything with you bank.   Take control of your situation and call and expert now not when is to late!
